DUI/DWI Services: Elk offers Level I and II DUI/ DWI education and therapy, relapse prevention, anger management groups and individual sessions. We complete an initial intake & assessment and enroll quickly. LINK

Medication Assisted Treatment: Elk offers a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurse who specializes in Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT except methadone), psychiatric evaluations, medication evaluations, medication prescribing, and medication monitoring. Our provider is bilingual Spanish and English. LINK

Culturally-Responsive Care: Elk provides services that are culturally sensitive, engage cultural supports, and are responsive to the client's specific needs.

Resource Navigation/Case Management: Elk offers resource navigation so the client can find and connect with the services they need to build and maintain functional wellness. We have resources mapped out across the Southeastern region of Colorado. LINK

Recovery Coaching/Peer Mentoring: Elk has partnered with Ke'nekt to provide recovery coaches and peer mentors to clients, so they have an advocate with lived experience of navigating life when there are a lot of struggles and barriers getting in the way of accessing one's recovery capital, social capital, and internal resources. They are professional mentors/coaches who are part of Elk's integrative care team. LINK
