At Elk - we offer affordable, evidence-based counseling, for mental health and substance use concerns, and recovery support that is client-centered, collaborative, solution focused.

Our providers have options for how they meet the client: we have in-person and/or telehealth options available in El Paso & Teller Counties, and telehealth/in-person hybrid options available across rural areas of Colorado.   We are able to work remotely and bring services to agencies that otherwise could not offer high quality, person-centered treatment and recovery support.

We work with individuals, couples, families, and groups. We specialize in trauma-informed care and culturally-responsive care.  Our provider team represent a diversity of cultural identities; most have lived, personal experience with trauma, addiction recovery, and relationship management.

Our goal:  to help the client reach their mental health goals.  We provide tools that support functional wellness.  We’re here to help you heal, grow, and thrive.
