The court decides what kind of education, treatment, or both you need based on our situation. You get assigned a level. If you are not sure - contact your probation officer.

Requirements from the Court and Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) may be different.
​

Education and therapy must begin after the date of the most recent violation.

Level I Education: in-person or online

12 hours of DUI education in 6 sessions.
​

Not appropriate for someone who has had more than one impaired driving offense, or one offense with a high BAC or refusal.

Level II Education: in-person or online

24 hours of DUI education in 12 sessions.

May be by itself or followed by Level II Therapy.

Individuals may not attend more than one session of Level II Education per week.

Level II Therapy: in-person or online

Level II Therapy follows Level II Education

5 to 10 months depending on the Track. Each session is 1.5 to 2 hours in length.

Track A Therapy: 42 hours; 21 sessions

Track B Therapy: 52 hours; 26 sessions

Track C Therapy: 68 hours; 34 sessions

Track D Therapy: 86 hours; 43 sessions
